Dear Patti,
This is a note to sincerely thank you for all of your help with purchasing our
new home. My wife and I have been discussing then that we wanted for quite some
time. Without your help and your referral to Jonathan Short at First Capital
Mortgage, we would not have what we consider to be a perfect home for our family.
We instantly fell in love with the stone exterior and the bay window. All my
wife could think is how perfect the Christmas tree would look in that window.
Upon viewing the generous floor plan, we knew this was the perfect home for our
family. The color schemes in each room were absolutely perfectly planned.
The Water’s Edge community at Mallard Creek is a very peaceful development
where we have made fast friends with our neighbors. We look forward to meeting
our many new neighbors in homes currently under construction.

I never expected to find a new home in a quiet neighborhood at an affordable price, but your company
offers just that a Waters Edge. Every day I find something new to appreciate about the floor plan, the quality construction, and/or the community. Getting settled has been easy with your efficient staff available to answer my questions and handle even the smallest repairs in a timely manner.
And thanks to Patti Harrison my move from Iowa to North Carolina has been a seamless one! From the initial showing of the property, through the closing, and continuing each day, Patti has been a valuable resource person as well as a fun person to talk with about the best places to shop in the area. She has been an active listener and has always put my needs first. Patti is far more than a sales associate; she is a relocation expert! Most of all, I appreciate Patti for her high degree of professionalism.
My entire family agrees that buying a Wagoner home has been a dream come true as well as an excellent investment for me.
